I've been on a journey to learn how to run with more joy, race faster, and stay consistent as I get older. I think I've had most of the overuse injuries in the last 5 years as I've run over 10,000 miles. I focus on preventing injuries for my clients (save you from yourself). I am a certified distance running coach - initially just to help my own running.
I love helping runners get PRs later in life. Whether it's trying to break 6 in a mile (or 5), qualify for Boston, run sub-3, beat an old high school time...I'm in! All of my PRs came in my mid-40s (except the distances I ran in high school). It's possible to get faster as you age.
